Matt Topping Director of Brewing Operations Matt  is a native of Virginia and got his start in the Beer industry working for bottle shops while attending Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. From there he moved on to work at Bell’s Brewery in Michigan and then spent the next few years working in paradise at Maui Brewing Co. He’s now back in Virginia to lead our brewing efforts.
